@brianpomalley @Danielle_Bmore @KevinACross To be fair, the transit app knew exactly when that train was arriving but mta nexttrain certainly did not.
From what I read, Transit pulls its data from riders and not necessarily system info.
I hope they answer you since I feel im persona non grata after the “incident”.
