@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine Interesting…overall it’s a good app. Once it gets integrated into metro, it will be better. Right now you have to show it to an attendant and depending on who they are either print you a ticket or just wave you through the accessible entrance.

@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine Hmmm, I think they updated the #ui . It makes more sense now. There was a thing where your bought tix and buying new Tix was convoluted. https://t.co/Td1WwVD4In

@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine Yeah, your probably right about it not being “classist” but it is techno-centric.
My charm card kept breaking and I don’t think you get the 90 minutes, do you?

@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine There are a couple of weird things but it is a great example of a gov app that actually helps people.

@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine which of course is classist. They could totally do it with printed tickets.

@CarolSOtt @eric_hontz @HopkinsMedicine It was the charm app that got me using it more. I remember coming back to Baltimore after visiting Paris and telling MTA that their tix are good for 90 min instead of per leg. I’m not sure if they listened to me, but that’s now an app feature…
