3/? Also Boise has pedestrian controlled crossing where pedestrians press a button, lights start flashing (no red lights) and they have the immediate right to cross. This is great for side streets that encourages ped and car cooperation.

First, there is an excellent river side walk/bike path like our Jones Falls except it is on both sides with lots of Bridges back and forth enabling commuting. Imagine if the JF ran on both sides with bridges…the Light Rail would be instantly extended around Hampden and Mill 1
