@jedweeks @eric_hontz @Danielle_Bmore @CouncilPresBMS I would love to see collaborative shuttles working like circulators where community can ride too. One issue with Baltimore colleges (EXCEPT #UBalt) is the sense students should be insulated from city except when they want to use it as their petri dish and then move on.

@eric_hontz @Danielle_Bmore @jedweeks @CouncilPresBMS There are reasons to have Uni shuttles but we have too many shadow transit systems in the city. I’ve often thought targeting shuttle buses with “work together or you’ll pay the city a fee” would be useful.
