@disnazzio Yes, there are lots of abandoned retail districts in the city. I really think Howard could be amazing if we could get a modern set of stores. You know, like the fake versions being built out in Belair

@disnazzio When I thought about trying to be mayor, I made up a plan that made Baltimore St from President to MLK as dedicated two way pedestrian/bike/bus lane. It would make E W transit better and create a nicer streetscape for downtown shoppers. I thought it could spur food and retail.
