@GovLarryHogan Can’t we just build more public transit to solve these problems? When we build more roads, they immediately get congested…Maryland needs a strong transit plan to connect urban and suburban areas affected by traffic congestion.

It’s almost 2 months to the day from this post. The elevator has been working but today I watched a student be pulled out of the stuck elevator between the 1st and 2nd floor.
