I can’t find anything in the #Baltimore City charter about removing the Mayor. Every other position has a category called “Removal” except Mayor.
Perhaps we need to make a charter amendment enabling the removal of a mayor a priority in the next election?

@AnthonyWMoll If you want to do a co-design thing, have them bring examples of good public speaking, have them make a list of what makes those good, use those reqs as guidelines, have them present, give feedback based on the reqs the class developed.
