@CarolSOtt Yes…he pre-prepared foods at a central kitchen that were then shipped to smaller schools and enhanced by the local staff to meet cultural and taste prefs. He started a farm to grow food for the schools and integrated into science curriculum. Kids planted food for later kids.

@CarolSOtt There was this guy https://www.cafeteriaman.com/ from 2006-2009 who had really great ideas around good food that scaled to a district size.
He went to Memphis in 2010.

@matt_mcc @MicrosoftDesign Right, but not what I want (not happy with the OneNote forced upgrade). The full size buttons should be Turn On, Not Now, and then “Only Critical” in text.
This is not me speaking from best practice but me speaking from frustration with updates that exceed security fixes.
