This semester was my second semester of using .@IDEO ’s Human Centered Toolkit + online readings as my class text in order to save students money. In reflection, this didn’t work well. .@jenpre et als book on Interaction Design is excellent and I’m thinking of going back.

@MyBGE But it has drifted two weeks since the summer. In my prev 18 yrs of being a customer,I had a due date. Plus,I’m on budget billing-why does it matter what day it is read…you would just adjust next month. PLUS, it is a smart meter…why can’t you download on the same day monthly?

Anyone else had .@MyBGE slowly change their due dates? I went from a bill due 8/23/17 to 9/21 to 10/13 to 11/10 to 12/11<?> to 1/08/18. At this rate, I’ll get 13 bills from them next year. I’ve looked and I have no notice of a change in dates. Is this something @MarylandPSC does?
