The issue with accountability is what metric is being used. Back in the day, 311 calls weren’t closed until problem solved or couldn’t be. Told now closed when assigned

I hated that job but still love phone books.

The issue that makes me want to run with my family is the schools. Now that both my kids have had difficulties in “good” schools, I’m not sure what keeps us here.
